Life Insurance in Cary, NC

Cary is one of the largest towns in the Triangle and one of the most diverse. It has a strong base of technology, healthcare and research professionals, many of whom moved here from other states or other countries. I work with a lot of Cary families who are building their financial life in North Carolina for the first time.

Cary clients ask me good questions. How much coverage does a dual-income household really need? Should we keep a policy we bought years ago, or replace it? How do we protect a spouse who may move back to a home country? How do living benefits work with disability coverage from work?

If your family has ties abroad, tell me early. Your citizenship or visa status, and any plans to travel or live overseas, can affect which carriers fit. That's one place where comparing more than one company really helps.

How we meet

In person around Cary, or by phone and video

Cary is about twenty minutes from Holly Springs, so we can meet at your home or near your office. Many clients prefer a video call after the kids are in bed; either works. The first conversation takes about fifteen minutes, and you don’t need to prepare anything.

Questions from Cary

Common questions

Can you review a life insurance policy I already have?

Yes. I'll go through the policy with you, explain what it does and doesn't cover, and compare it against current options from the carriers I represent. If your existing policy is the better fit, I'll tell you.

Do you work with clients in Cary and Morrisville?

Yes. Cary and Morrisville are both part of my regular service area, along with Apex and the rest of western Wake County.

How do living benefits work with my employer's disability insurance?

They complement each other. Disability insurance replaces part of your income over time. Living benefits pay you directly from your life insurance after a qualifying critical, chronic or terminal diagnosis. Depending on the rider, that's a lump sum or periodic payments, and you decide how to use the money. Having both gives you income and a cushion. Keep in mind: anything paid early reduces the death benefit.
